PayPal Merchant Account Configuration

  1. Create a Website Payment Pro account with PayPal.com
  2. Activate the Virtual Terminal function of the merchant account.
    1. Login to PayPal account.
    2. Move to the Virtual Terminal setup process by changing URL to: www.paypal.com/VT
    3. Click “Submit Your Application” to begin
    4. Confirm Email
    5. Return to account and configure API
      1. Go to the Account Profile
      2. Select “API Access” (customize API permissions)
      3. Select “API Authorizations”
      4. Select “Add”
      5. Enter "admin_api2.synccom.com" in the API Account Name
      6. Check the DoDirectPayment box and select save.
